Squale x Sea Shepherd
Time to protect what matters
Squale is proud to announce a collaboration with Sea Shepherd, the global marine conservation organization, to launch a limited-edition dive watch supporting Operation SISO: Sea Shepherd’s mission to combat illegal fishing and protect endangered marine life in the Mediterranean Sea.
What is Sea Shepherd
Sea Shepherd is an international non-profit marine conservation organization that carries out direct-action campaigns to defend marine wildlife and protect the world’s oceans from illegal exploitation and environmental destruction.
Its primary mission is to combat illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
Sea Shepherd Operation SISO: Save The Mediterranean
Operation SISO targets destructive and illegal fishing practices along the Tyrrhenian coast. In 2025, Sea Shepherd Italy launched the eighth
edition of the operation in collaboration with the Italian Coast Guard. Active since 2018, Operation SISO has been fighting illegal fishing with over 15,000 hours of volunteer work in 2024 alone, with 70% illegal longline fishing reduction in Tyrrhenian Sea

The Collaboration
Squale has always been deeply connected to the sea with its ecosystems, its wildlife, and the activities that take place within it. This natural affinity makes the partnership with Sea Shepherd a meaningful one, as both organizations share a commitment to protecting marine life from illegal and harmful practices.
To actively support this mission, Squale will donate 100% of its profits from the “1521 Sea Shepherd” Limited Edition to Operation SISO.
